Financial Step Up, LLC 

1. Physical Book Orders Purchased paperback books will be processed and shipped within 5 business days of order confirmation using standard shipping. 

2. Shipping Method All physical book orders are shipped via standard shipping. Delivery times vary based on your location and carrier availability. Financial Step Up, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

4. Domestic Shipping We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after the order has been processed.

5. International Shipping At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand shipping options in the future.

6. Order Processing Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next available business day.

7. Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Financial Step Up, LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@financial-stepup.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

9. Digital Products Ebooks and downloadable templates are delivered digitally and do not require shipping. Download links are sent immediately to your email after purchase.
